Nikiforos Panagis

Nikiforos Panagis is Legal Officer at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (since 2025). He has previously worked as Associate Legal Officer at the International Court of Justice (2019-2024) and has taught at the Universities of Oxford, Göttingen, Hamburg, and Groningen, among others. His research focuses on international dispute settlement, fundamentals of public international law, and the law of the sea.
