Yücel Acer

Prof. Dr. Yücel Acer is a distinguished academic and legal expert specializing in international law. He holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Bristol and a postgraduate degree in International Law from the University of Sheffield. He completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at Ankara University.
Prof. Acer has held various academic and administrative positions at Turkish universities, including professorships, department headships, deanships, and directorships. He served as Rector of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University from 2015 to 2019. He currently serves as Head of the Department of International Law at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.
Throughout his academic career, Prof. Acer has made significant contributions to international law and international relations through his teaching, research, publications, and institutional leadership. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors and Leading Researcher at DEHUKAM.
